- Pak Chiang Mai does not welcome SEX TOURISTS, and does not try to be polite about it. Guests who attempt to bring in bargirls, catamites and their like will be told in plain language to settle their bills and leave. Remaining on the premises after beingtold to leave will be treated as a POLICE MATTER.
- Guests are not permitted to take visitors / outsiders upstairs of the building and their rooms without authorization in advance.
- SMOKING in the hotel zone is strictly PROHIBITED.
- 4% service charge will be applied with VISA/MASTER CARD payment ( Accept credit card payment for regular room rate only)
- All Room confirmations must be secured with credit card (for guarantee only, no payment will be charged).
- Cancellation should be made at least 7 days in advance of your stay, or we will charge the equivalent of one night's stay. (not applicable to special packages)
- Our rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Check-in date can be changed if we are notified at least 7 days in advance.
- Child under 12 years old can stay free in parents room without extra bed & breakfast.
- An extra 3rd guest over 12 years old can stay in Premium room and Chiang Mai Suite with an 400 THB extra charge per day (including daily organic breakfast set meal).
- Check-in: 14:00, Check-out: 12:00. Early check-in is only available when the room is not occupied from the previous night.
- Late check-out is only available when the room is available for the following day (half price of the regular room rate will be charged).
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
- As presents of gift vouchers, the payment must be paid in cash only.
- Gift Vouchers are valid for the period given.
- This Gift Voucher features a unique reference code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost.
